Managing Partner & Director

David is a senior leader with 20 years of experience simplifying complex government and public sector business issues. Specialising in transformational improvement within the NHS, he has led transformation, digital, strategy and performance improvement programmes, delivering recurrent savings of over £100m for the taxpayer. Most notably, he has worked as a senior advisor directly to the Secretary of State for Health and led a review into NHS Leadership with Lord Stuart Rose. A skillset honed through over 10 years of “Big 4” consultancy experience with PwC and Deloitte.
