RPO Compliance Lead

As the RPO Compliance Lead at Mprove, Chelsey is responsible for overseeing the Recruitment Process Outsourcing operations to ensure they align with the company's goals and objectives. Chelsey ensures that the recruitment processes are streamlined, efficient, and effective, while also ensuring that they comply with all relevant regulations and standards. She works closely with the recruitment team, and other stakeholders, to ensure that the RPO operations are delivering value to the business and supporting the company's growth and development.
