As Head of Growth at Mprove, Natasha is responsible for overseeing the entire client acquisition pipeline, which includes identifying and targeting potential customers, converting leads into paying clients, and retaining existing clients through exceptional service and value. Natasha analyses all aspects of the business and ensures they work together seamlessly to drive growth. She strategically adjusts our sales, marketing, and retention functions to iMprove our overall direction and benefit the Clive Henry Group's various entities.
